ETT IMPRINT represents nearly one hundred Australian authors and Estates, many of which were purchased from the Angus & Robertson backlist in the mid-1990s. Our aim is to keep Australian literary classics available, and our authors include Lewis Morley, Judith Wright, Kenneth Slessor, Arthur Upfield, Ion Idriess, Christina Stead, Eleanor Dark, Miles Franklin, CJ Dennis, Mary Gilmore, Ern Malley, and Sir Donald Bradman. We also publish key critical works on Gwen Harwood, Elizabeth Jolley, Sally Morgan, Jack Davis, Francis Webb, Peter Carey and Mudrooroo.

TOM THOMPSON is Publisher and proprietor of ETT Imprint. Born in 1953, he has worked a journalist and art critic for the Sydney Morning Herald and The National Times. He has authored fourteen books including Growing Up in the Sixties (1986), Hors Texte (Paris, 1997) and Hurstville Oval (2002). He was Publisher at the Australian Bicentennial Authority (1984-1988), and developed the Imprint label as Associate Publisher for Collins in 1988. As Publisher of Literature at Angus & Robertson (1989-1993) he developed the Imprint Classics, Lives, and Critical Studies series and was Publisher of the A & R poetry list. He edited Morley’s I TO EYE and curated A Corridor of Keelers (2011), edited Henry Miller’s Paris 1928 (2012) and introduced Miller’s first draft Capricorn (2013).
